Having established long standing relationships with good people overseas to work with, Sabine can connect you with individuals who know what to look for in a dressage prospect.   Sabine has over twenty years of experience in selecting, classically training and competing breeds, not traditionally seen in competitive dressage in the US. She has contacts in Spain to help locate exceptional Andualsians, venerable relationships with the owner and trainer at one of the premier German Riding Pony breeding farms and contacts to find suitable dressage type and trained Friesians in Holland, Germany and the USA.   Tinus PM, a Friesian stallion, three time USDF Horse of the Year at second, third, fourth and Prix St. George levels in 1999 through 2001, Tjerk, and Ids, all standing at Proud Meadows Friesian farm, were personally selected by Sabine for the farm owners. Other Friesians Sabine has found for their owners are Maurits, Nico, Tabe, Mendrik, Quintus, Moshi and Tim, of Royal Palm Friesians.   Farewell and Filou, both German Riding Ponies, were imported, trained, successfully competed in Open Dressage competition by Sabine and were sold to owners who are building on their solid foundation.   In addition to connecting you to some of the finest equine resources, Sabine provides evaluation services as well, which may include video consultation, review of the horses overall suitability for dressage, and an assessment of the training the horse has received.   Open, honest communication is critical when seeking a new horse.
